Day 22| 2nd Full Day of Production
Today was focused on increased production and applying final design improvements (like new chocolate brown leather pictured). Designing is an evolution – design application, testing, adjustment, testing, adjustment, testing and final application - that finally leads to a quality that clearly shows great form and function. Each final version of CAUSEGEAR is a result of this deliberate process.
The driving force behind the design motivation for M121 is the core value that each product must be compelling and on par with the highest quality benchmarks in price and value. The fact that a life is changed becomes an added bonus. M121 product value proposition is two-pronged: 1. Product excellence; and 2. Life Change Investment.
I’m very pleased with the results and I believe you will be too. Working with Cross Stitch to make adjustments right in the shop has proven to be far more efficient than the work I did in Chicago in prototype development. They have the best tools, skills and maybe most importantly, a learning temperament to deal with “a design in process” approach. Wish I could transport this team home with me. I will miss their humble hearts and work discipline. It’s hard to believe that tomorrow is my last day. Feeling blessed – Brad
